The Group obtained two 5 1/2 -year contracts from the Hong Kong Airport Authority to provide cleaning services to the restricted and public areas in the passenger terminal of the Airport. The two contracts involve provision of cleaning services to a public area of approximately 4.5 million sq. ft. in the largest building in Hong Kong. Lo’s Airport was incorporated in January 1997 to deliver the contracts.

Waste collection at the Shatin and Happy Valley Horse Racing Courses on race days
Plover Cove Market
Ocean Park (the biggest theme park in Hong Kong)
Government quarters for senior civil servants in the Mid-levels and on the peak
Public toilets (Central, Mid-levels and the peak)
First public toilet cleaning contract outsourced by the government
Hong Kong Park (first public park cleaning contract outsourced by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the government)

Waste collection for Tai Po District (first 5-year waste collection service contract from the government).
Established first joint venture cleaning company in Shanghai with Shanghai Johnson.
