Xinhua News Media Limited
Established in 2011, Xinhua News Media Limited (“Xinhua News Media”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinhua News Media Holdings Limited, is responsible for the development of the business of broadcasting advertisement and information on indoors and outdoors television screens in the Asia-Pacific region.

The Board remains dedicated to maximizing returns to shareholders by actively pursuing new business opportunities, refining and expanding the current business scopes. As stated in the Chairman’s Message, the Board is going to refine, expand and diversify the Company’s television screen broadcast business into a wider service chain, namely the advertising media business, in which its scope is likely to include media strategy, planning and management, product launching, brand building, event marketing as well as the development and operations of advertising media.

General Cleaning and Related Services Business
Lo's Cleaning Services Limited
Established in 1978, Lo's Cleaning Services Limited ("Lo's Cleaning") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinhua News Media Holdings Limited. With over 30 years of experience in the cleaning and pest control industry, Lo’s Cleaning is dedicated to providing high quality services to clients. It is providing services of acclaimed-standard to many well-known commercial buildings, residential estates, shopping arcades and airline catering companies, etc. in different districts in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. Lo's Cleaning has been ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified since 2002 and IMS certified since 2005.

Faber China Limited
Established in 2005, Faber China Limited is a 40%-interest associate company of Xinhua News Media Holdings Limited. Its principal business is trading of cleaning equipment, cleaning products and marble-care products.

Medical Waste Treatment Business
Siping Lo's Tsinghua Daring Environmental Technology Limited
Established in 2007, Siping Lo's Tsinghua Daring Environmental Technology Limited ("Siping Lo's") is a 55%-owned subsidiary of Xinhua News Media Holdings Limited. Siping Lo's employs the patented non-incineration technology in its medical waste treatment plant in Siping County, Jilin Province, China.

Suihua Lo's Tsinghua Daring Environmental Technology Limited
Established in 2007, Suihua Lo's Tsinghua Daring Environmental Technology Limited ("Suihua Lo's") is a 55%-owned subsidiary company of Xinhua News Media Holdings Limited. Suihua Lo's employs the patented non-incineration technology in its medical waste treatment plant in Suihua County, Heilongjiang Province, China.

Seasun Group Limited
Established in 2007, Seasun Group Limited is a 65%-held subsidiary company of Xinhua News Media Holdings Limited.　It holds exclusive rights in China to use a patented method enabled by non-incineration technology to treat medical waste.

Technology, Media and Telecommunication (“TMT”)
The wave of innovation and technology is sweeping through the entire world. The HKSAR government has proposed in its latest budget to invest into the development of the “Hong Kong – Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park” in the Lok Ma Chau Loop, including capital injection to the Innovation and Technology Fund and support for the construction of technology and innovation platforms to attract top-quality scientific research institutions and technology companies in the world to establish a presence in Hong Kong. President XI Jinping also indicated that he attaches importance to the development of scientific research in Hong Kong and emphasised cooperation between Hong Kong and the Mainland on technology to support Hong Kong as an international innovation and technology centre.

Property Agency & Investment
The Board remains dedicated to maximizing returns to shareholders by actively pursuing new business opportunities, refining and expanding the current business scopes. As stated in the Chairman’s Message, the Board is going to develop new business opportunities in properties investment and property agency business.
