Ms. Chen Yun (“Ms. Chen”), aged 41, was appointed as a non-executive Director on 20 December 2024. She is also a member of each of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, Corporate Governance Committee and Executive Committee. From September 1999 to July 2002, she studied Administration and Security at Fujian Provincial Police College for three years and graduated in July 2002. In August 2018 , she has worked as a department manager in Fuqing Mingren Plastics Co., Ltd.
