Mr. Lau Siu Hung
Mr. Lau Siu Hung is also a managing director of Xinhua News Media Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Mr. Lau has over ten years of experience in listed company corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, financial and business management and cross-border transactions in Europe, USA and Asia. Mr. Lau obtains a Master and a Bachelor degree from his study in The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. Mr. Lau is the Honorary Senior Advisor to a HKUST high-tech company, Incus Company Limited. He is currently a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute. He was a holder of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) license. |
