Ms. Zhao, aged 28, graduated from University of Essex in the United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Arts (Accounting and Management) in July 2012 and holds the qualification of Certified Merger & Acquisition Dealmaker (China). She was also awarded as a Researcher of Merger & Acquisition Research Group of Hanqing Advanced Institute of Economics and Finance of Renmin University of China in November 2016. Ms. Zhao has expertise in the areas of financial analysis, margin account management and risk control. Ms. Zhao worked as a forex/money market analyst in Bank of China (UK) Limited from July 2014 to July 2016, where she was responsible for the foreign exchange analysis and providing assistance in the foreign exchange and lending market transactions. During the time when she was an operation assistant in China Construction Bank (London) Limited from October 2013 to March 2014, she engaged in market research and report writing as well as maintenance and development of customer relationships.
